Adrienne’s journey has been marked by countless challenges since childhood. At just 17, she became a single mother but persevered, putting herself through school to become a registered psychiatric nurse. Early adulthood brought a series of unfortunate events, yet Adrienne remained resilient, welcoming a second child and focusing on her career and family.
Throughout her experiences, many encouraged her to share her story in a book. The idea took root after enduring years of struggle and the devastating loss of her second child. She began writing but paused her project to navigate the challenges of the pandemic, support an adult child battling addiction, and cope with the losses of her father, grandfather, and ultimately her son.
Turning to meditation to process these profound losses, Adrienne found renewed strength and inspiration. This healing practice reignited her passion to complete her first book, capturing her extraordinary journey of resilience and hope.
